Schedule a time to drop off your machine using the form below.
Please note that there is a $150 Service Evaluation Fee due upon dropping your machine off with the Service Center.
While your warranty may cover parts, it does not cover labor, general maintenance, or cleaning of the machine.
Labor costs will be applied from your initial $150 Service Evaluation Fee. Our service team will stay in contact with you throughout the Service Evaluation process to discuss what work will need to be done prior to incurring additional charges or labor.

Here’s a quick overview of your warranty:
4-Year Warranty: Covers the Rainbow Cleaning System and its accessories.
10-Year Warranty: Covers the SRX motor and electronic controller.
While things like normal wear-and-tear, general maintenance, labor, and cleaning of the machine are not covered under warranty, our products are designed to be durable long lasting when used and maintained properly.

Important Tips:
Always use your Rainbow with water in the basin. Never attempt to vacuum into a dry water basin.
Empty the water basin after each use. Do not store the Rainbow over the water basin.
Clean the separator regularly. Using the Separator Tool tucked under your Rainbow, remove the nut and separator and wash under warm, soapy water. Use the brushes of the Separator Tool to thoroughly clean the separator of any debris. Click here to watch a 'How To' video.
Check your Power Nozzle regularly and clear any hair, debris, or other obstruction.

A Healthy Home Company's policy is that any unit being left at our Service Center be subject to the $150 Service Evaluation Fee.
This fee covers labor, diagnostics, and warranty evaluation and ensures that we are able to provide prompt, accurate, and quality service on your machine.
